	Richard Gurewitz CEO, Sales Manager Richard Gurewitz began in the burlap bag business in 1952, working mainly with feed and seed manufacturers and produce farmers. As the industry changed, so did Richard... answering the call to a growing need for innovative packaging. Richard founded PolyPAK America in 1971, and to this day keeps his hands on the pulse of the industry. He has established many specialty poly products including the first plastic mailing envelope with the look and feel of paper. If you have special circumstances that requires thinking outside of the box...or envelope, Richard is your answer.

	Caryn Fitleberg Vice President, Operations Caryn Fitleberg has been with Polypak America at her current position since 1994. With over 20 years experience in the industry, Caryn oversees the daily operations of PolyPAK, and is committed to meeting the challenges of this ever changing industry. Caryn is always happy to answer any operational or product questions that customers may have.

	Phillip Chang Vice President, Sales Phillip Chang is committed to providing innovative solutions to your poly bag needs. Phillip brings a proven track record of achievements during his twenty years in industrial, manufacturing, automotive, consumer and financial services. He attended UC San Diego earning a BA in Economics and graduated from Loyola Marymount University with an MBA in Finance.

	Mark Freedman Controller, VP Finance Mark brings over 20 years of accounting and finance experience to PolyPAK America. His primary responsibilities are management reporting and analyses, ultimately leading to maximization of cost savings and income producing opportunities. Mark has been with PolyPAK since 2002, building on previous expertise in fire life/safety, health care management, waste management, real estate development and property management.

	Jezabel Weeks Office Manager Jezabel is the Office Manager and founder of our Safety Committee at Poly Pak America. Safety comes first is her motto and her unwavering dedication to the well being of all employees makes our company a better place to work.

	Greg Van Fossan Plant Manager Greg Van Fossan has 30 years experience in the Plastic Industry. 25 Years in the Flexible Packing Industry. As a Manager he comes to us with extensive knowledge of plastic process and equipment. Greg’s goal is to achieve continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction.

	Johnny Padungyothee Production Control Conversion Johnny is our Converting Department Manager. His goal is to produce the best poly bags and poly envelopes in the industry, just the way you ordered them. His is committed to quality and job accuracy. His flexible packaging equipment knowledge is unchallenged, allowing him to keep Poly Pak America on the cutting edge.

	Ernesto Castro Traffic/Warehousing Manager Ernesto is the Traffic/Warehousing Manager at Poly Pak America. Getting your product where you want it, when you want it, is what he does best. He keeps the warehouses well organized, clean, and safe, making his department run like a well-oiled machine.
