Consolidation Poly Bags
Made for maximum toughness, our plastic consolidation bags have gained the confidence of customers like FedEx and Amazon.com. We use our Super-X™ high-strength poly film to make these poly bags. Tear and puncture resistant, they handle even the heaviest loads. Available in custom sizes and colors, these plastic consolidation bags can be printed to your specifications.

Poly Insulation Bags and Balers
To produce our plastic insulation bags we use a formula specifically designed for this end use. Rhino™ was created especially for the baling of loose materials or compressed materials. Rhino film has high impact strength, very good tear, and puncture resistance. Rhino film has the unique quality of low creep so the package remains square for better looks and stacking. Its outer low slip surface is great for stacking and shipping while its slick inside surface allows for easy opening and faster loading. Available in custom sizes and colors, these insulation plastic bags can be printed to your specifications.

Wood Products Poly Bags and Balers

Form and Fill
These premium poly packaging films are especially designed to run on automatic bagging and filling equipment. Single-wound sheeting and v-fold are available to fit whatever automatic bagging or filling equipment your operation demands. Uses our "V"ZUH™ film, a premium plastic packaging film created to run on the Hamer as well as the Premier Tech form and fill bag machines. This material is a multilayer structure which has excellent appearance. "V"ZUH film has a high-gloss outer layer with a smooth inner layer that prevents blockage. A broad sealing range provides flawless automatic filling and bagging which means more production and less down time for you. The low slip outer layer also allows for worry free stacking and shipping. Utilizing our "V"ZUH formula for monstrous strength makes this the ideal packaging film.

Postal Approved Poly Films
These premium packaging films are designed especially for the poly-wrapping of pieces that are delivered via parcel post, claiming bar code rates for flats automation rates. Our PolyMAIL® films meet postal regulations which include low haze, high clarity for excellent scanning, good tensile strength, medium slip level, and low static level. PolyMAIL is available in single-wound sheeting and centerfold sheeting styles, and can also be used to make mailing envelopes.

Agricultural and Mulch Poly Films
Our specialty mulch films are made from 100% prime polyethylene. We offer our DURA-Smooth™ standard poly mulch film and our POLY-Shield™ mulch, fumigation barrier film. Both of these formulas offer a full season of UV protection. These plastic mulch films are specifically designed for strawberry crops and are compatible with fumigants commonly used in this industry, such as methyl bromide. The poly mulch films are available with a center guide strip for easy lay down. We offer both DURA-Smooth standard poly mulch film and our POLY-Shield mulch, fumigation barrier film in clear, tinted, colored and black and white, multi-layered structures.
